Responsible for developing, managing and documenting an effective Compliance and Integrity Program of federal, state, private and self-governance funding compacts, contracts, grants and associated agreements. Works with department directors and program managers on compliance with all contracts and grants.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in business or public administration or a closely related field; AND three (3) year of professional experience preparing a variety of federal and non-federal proposals.
Regulations and standards of various regulatory and funding agency groups.
Theories, principles, practices, and techniques of government compliance.
Administrative principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, implementation and evaluation.
Project management and analytical techniques.
Data sampling and statistical analysis techniques.
Budgetary practices and terminology.
Cost principles and their application to federal grant budgets.
Records management principles and practices.
Computer applications related to the work.
Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socioeconomic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, in person and over the telephone.
Complying with applicable laws, codes and regulations.
Performing professional-level analytical and programmatic work.
Interpreting, applying and explaining complex federal, state and local laws related to the areas of responsibility.
Carrying assigned projects through, from data gathering to completion.
Training others in policies and procedures related to the work.
Using initiative and independent judgment within general policy guidelines.
Using tact, discretion and prudence in dealing with those contacted in the course of the work.
Preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials.
