Educates JHHS employees on the policies and procedures related to the infection control. Functions as JHHS Infection Control Officer.
Coordinates care for clinic patients with medical providers, nurses and other staff to ensure continuity of care within established time frames and with efficient use of resources. Functions as a contact person for patient, family, community resources and health care team members internal to JHHS and referred care outside of JHHS for case management, discharge planning and continuity of care. Assists patients in obtaining health care, disability, insurance and welfare benefits. Manages staff and operations for personal care in the home.
Responsible for providing assistance to the Behavioral Health program by supporting staff with the implementation and delivery of comprehensive mental health services and follow-up care for clients with mental health and or substance abuse problems in an integrated ambulatory care center.

Under general supervision of the Assistant Education Director Child Care Manager will lead childcare providers in all phases of Early Childhood Care in accordance with Children, Youth, and Families Standards and Regulations. Facilitate and coordinate the general day to day operation of the Child Care Center in a full Jemez Language Immersion setting for children, ages 6 months – 7 years old. Ensures providers plan and implement daily classroom activities using an age-appropriate, culturally-relevant curriculum.
