Responsible for minimizing risk of transmission of pathogenic or infectious microorganisms by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Infection Control and Surveillance plan and policies for Jemez Health & Human Services. Investigates, controls, and conducts surveillance activities to prevent spread of infectious diseases. Educates JHHS employees on the policies and procedures related to the infection control.
Responsible for coordinating transportation services for Walatowa Head Start children; coordinating facility and playground maintenance with Public Works facilities staff; ensure the safety of Walatowa Head Start children.
Under direct supervision of Accounting Supervisor, the GL Accountant is responsible for performing general ledger and related accounting functions for multiple funds, enterprises, and departments owned or administered by the Pueblo of Jemez. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Job Summary: Assists the Senior Center Program Manager with the implementation and delivery of elder programs, recruitment and outreach projects for the Pueblo of Jemez elder population. Serves as a liaison between Senior Center program and community members. Reaches out to the community members, recruiting participation, providing information and getting referrals, for the Senior Center Program within the community.
The Foster Care Worker will develop and sustain a foster care program. The Foster Care Worker will provide fulltime support for out- of- home placements, and will provide appropriate tribal intervention. Foster Care Worker will recruit, train and retain foster home families. Provides support to the foster parents and biological parents to ensure the child’s safety and help the children grow physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
Under the direction of the Tribal Education Director, is responsible for the management and oversight of the Jemez Language Program, curriculum development, relevant assessments, professional development and training opportunities.
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, grants and contract management for the Pueblo; ensures all duties are completed for the month in a timely manner. Maintains its fiscal records and responsible for the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements. Work closely with Financial Analyst at Jemez Health and Human Services in preparing the annual budget with guidance from Finance Director.
Be a member of a “Creative Team” to take the lead in developing language immersion materials, resources and supplies that promote and increase language development as well as aid student learning in the classrooms and community through a multi-media and experiential based approach tied to classrooms lessons and the Jemez Language & Culture curriculum.
Responsible for providing EHR end-user support, and network administration/integrity, and supervising the EHR team, for Jemez Health and Human Services.
Responsible for planning and directing nursing duties or services in support of population-based care with the goals of promoting health and preventing disease and disability; utilizes the nursing process that includes the components of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervises the community health representative staff and performs administrative duties with patient care
